This Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the Policy) defines the procedure for the collection, processing, storage, and protection of personal data of Users of the promotion-global.com website (hereinafter – the Website), owned by Limited Liability Company “PROMOTION OUTSOURCING” (hereinafter – the Company), identification code 36337198, registered at: 16-B Borysohlibska str., office 1, 2, Kyiv, 04070, Ukraine.

By using the Website, the User unconditionally agrees to this Policy and the specified terms for processing their personal information. If the User does not agree with these terms, they must refrain from using the Website.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Policy has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and other regulatory legal acts governing relations in the field of personal data protection.

4.1. The User’s personal data is processed by the Company for the following purposes: Ensuring the functioning of the Website and providing Users with access to its services. Communication with the User, including sending messages, inquiries regarding Website use, provision of services, processing of User requests and applications. 8. User Rights as a Personal Data Subject

8.1. The User has the right to: Know about the sources of collection, location of their personal data, the purpose of their processing, the location or place of residence (stay) of the personal data owner or controller, or to give an appropriate instruction to authorized persons to obtain this information, except in cases established by law. Receive information about the conditions for granting access to personal data, in particular, information about third parties to whom their personal data is transferred. Submit a reasoned objection to the personal data owner against the processing of their personal data. Submit a reasoned request for the modification or destruction of their personal data by any personal data owner and controller if these data are processed illegally or are inaccurate. Protection of their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, non-provision or untimely provision of them, as well as protection from the provision of information that is inaccurate or disgraces the honor, dignity and business reputation of an individual. Lodge complaints about the processing of their personal data with the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or to the court. Apply legal remedies in case of violation of personal data protection legislation. Make reservations regarding the limitation of the right to process their personal data when giving consent. Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data. Know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data. Protection from an automated decision that has legal consequences for them.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy

9.1. The Company has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
