Personal military records – records of conscripts, military conscripts, and reservists kept in the company
e-VOD – from 06/18/2024 – An electronic military registration document that contains all the necessary data from the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Military Obligees and Reservists and is valid only with a QR code and cannot be used without it (clause 8-1 of Order No. 559)
Conscript – a person aged 17 to 25 who has a registration certificate with a specific status in the Reserve+. Persons of this age may also have the status of a conscript if they are serving or studying at a university with a military department.
Excluded from military registration – not subject to military service. Permanent status (lifelong)
Removed from military registration – temporary status (reason for removal – departure to another area, due to health reasons, going abroad for more than three months, etc.). After a certain period of time, the person must register for military service

Special military registration – are subject to military service, booked by central and local executive bodies, other state bodies, local self-government bodies, enterprises, institutions and organizations for the period of mobilization and for wartime

According to the new rules approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 05.06.2024 No. 650, taking into account the amendments made by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 01.10.2024 No. 1125, persons liable for military service are subject to reservation who:

The analysis of documents is based on the available military registration documents, an extract from Reserve+, data in the PFU and DIYA:

The employee shall eliminate these discrepancies independently.
In accordance with clause 4 of Order No. 559, in case of inconsistency of the information specified in the conscript’s certificate, temporary certificate of a person liable for military service, military card with the information contained in the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Persons liable for military service and reservists, a citizen of Ukraine, in order to make the appropriate changes:
in paper form – must apply to the CCC and the SP at the place of stay on military registration;
in electronic form – must use the means of the electronic cabinet of a conscript, person liable for military service, reservist to apply to the CCC and the SP at the place of stay on military registration.
Changes are made within five working days from the date of registration of the application.

Quota of the number of military personnel for a specific project by analyzing military service records and comparing them with data on the DIYA and PFU portals.

A company has 100 men, 10 of whom are excluded from military service, 10 have a deferment and 5 are reserved for other companies.

80 military personnel is a 100% quota
80:2=40 (50%)

The next application is submitted only after the previous one is completed (the system does not skip it)
