TRSSC Explains Military Registration Statuses in Ukraine’s “Rezerv+” App

The “Rezerv+” application allows Ukrainian citizens to quickly check their status in the military registration system. The Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centers (TRSSCs) have explained the meaning of the main statuses displayed in the app and outlined the recommended actions for each case.

“Violations of military registration rules detected”
This status means that a violation of military registration requirements was found during a data check. If the notification has a red frame, it indicates that a request has been sent to the National Police to bring the person to a TRSSC. It is recommended to immediately contact the TRSSC at your place of registration to resolve the situation.

“Needs clarification”
This status indicates that the person is listed in the “Oberih” register but is not assigned to any specific TRSSC. You need to visit the TRSSC at your place of residence and provide the relevant documents. To simplify the process, it is recommended to book an appointment through the electronic queue. The status in the app will update automatically after the data is entered or updated.

“Removed from registration”
This status is assigned to individuals who have been declared unfit for military service by a military medical commission (MMC) or who have reached the maximum age for military registration. Such citizens are exempt from the duties of persons liable for military service.

“Deregistered”
This status is assigned in cases of changing residence within Ukraine, being conscripted or accepted for military service, being sent to serve a sentence, being enrolled in the reserve, or by a decision of authorized bodies.

“Data not found in the ‘Oberih’ register”
This means that information about the person has not been entered or was entered with errors. You need to personally visit the TRSSC at your place of registration to verify and clarify the information.
