Personal introduction of an employee of the Promotion company responsible for Outplacement (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Employee") with a specialist who is leaving the company (hereinafter referred to as the "Specialist").
Joint preparation by the Promotion Employee and the Specialist of the Specialist's resume and cover letter, indicating, among other things, the indicators of professional success and professional skills of the Specialist, as well as his expectations regarding the new job (job category, level of monetary remuneration, social package, etc.).
Preparation by the Promotion Employee and approval by the Specialist of the algorithm for finding a new job for the Specialist, namely:
- Selection by the Specialist of market segments that are interesting for his further work;
- Formation by the Promotion Employee of a complete list of companies in the market segments selected by the Specialist;
- the Specialist's selection of companies from the list provided to him that are interesting for his further work;
- targeted (addressed) presentation by the Promotion Employee of the Specialist to HR directors / heads of departments / company managers of those market segments selected by the Specialist. This presentation includes targeted mailing of the Specialist's resume and cover letter on behalf of the Promotion company, negotiations with HR directors / heads of departments / company managers regarding their interest in conducting an interview with the Specialist with the aim of further inviting him to work in the company;
- organization by the Promotion Employee of interviews of the Specialist with companies interested in him/her;
- recommendations from the Promotion Employee to the Company Interview Specialist;
- providing the Promotion Specialist with feedback based on the results of his interviews at companies;
- moral and psychological support of the Specialist;
- periodic informing of the Company's Promotion Employee about the stages and results of the Specialist's outplacement.

Assess the professional, managerial and personal qualities of a specialist
Determine the optimal job search strategy for the Specialist and provide full assistance in creating a career development and growth strategy based on his/her strengths and labor market conditions
Make a list of potential employers
Organize interviews at companies - potential employers
Provide recommendations for the Specialist for the purpose of high-quality self-presentation
Track interview results
Provide support during the probationary period (if necessary)
In turn, the company assumes responsibility for all communications with the Specialist and maximum support in employment and the performance of all tasks related to finding a job for the Specialist.
The specialist is as open and sincere as possible in his desire to find a new job - the Promotion company is as open as possible in providing its expertise and support, and assistance in employment matters
After conducting an interview with a Specialist, clarifying all issues related to analytics (position for which the search is being conducted, professional competencies of the employee, salary wishes, pool of companies for which the survey will be conducted, market segments, personal qualities of the employee, etc.), the Promotion Company provides the Specialist with information about the results and prospects for completing the employment task.
During the outplacement work, Promotion informs the Specialist and the customer company about the interim results (for example, 100 companies have been processed, negotiations have been held with 100 HR managers, heads of enterprises, resumes have been sent to company representatives, etc., agreed in each individual case)
The company prepares the Specialist for interviews and coordinates their completion, after each interview an analysis of its completion is conducted, and a plan of further actions is formed in the absence of a final result.
